• Fix ground icons for elven magic

• Burning Weapon buff will now save on log out
• Burning Weapon +hit up 4 -> 6
• Soul of Flame duration up 64 -> 320 sec, cost up 3 -> 5 sgem
• Burning Spirit and Elemental Fire proc chance up 15 -> 30%
• Fix Haste removing Quake
• Fix Quake not casting on self
