• Remove Cave of Silence spawns
• Add new teleport command to resolve conflicts with .move
• Remove new teleport command because it had the same issue
• Fix locx being over written by old map id when using .move
• Erase Magic debuff down 25 -> 50%
• Wind Shot is now Aqua Shot, added icons/graphics to client, update server logic

• Normalise all buff NPCs
• Refactor many user commands, removed potentially abusive ones
• Added delay times to all commands that could be abused
