Updates for 2023-08-04

• More work on test server shops
• Reduce weight on Scroll of Teleportation from 5 -> 1
• General, Weapons, Armours, Enchants Test Server shops now have items
• Legends of Aden discord created
• Forgotten Island time down 2 -> 1 hour
• Players now recieve a message they have been removed from Forgotten Island
• Global message when Forgotten Island is closed
• Fix Titan Golem HP and Size
• Fix Weight Reduction armours not correctly updating the UI (zinn#3848)
• Remove rediculous names from banned names check
• Fix several MOBs with 2 cell attack range
• Patches will now include the Pre-Patch.
