Divine Elven Plate Mail

  • Correct weight, class use, proc name
  • Elven Protection will now proc at the same rate be it PC or NPC attacker

Divine Elven Shield

  • Correct AC, class use
  • Damage reduction proc down 20 -> 10

Other

  • Nerupa will now craft Divine Plate Mail, Divine Elven Shield, Jin Rapier, Nightmare Longbow, Longbow of Moon, Sayha Bow and Fairy Dust
  • Lower Forgotten Island damage by 10%
  • Correct Traitor’s Shield AC, Stun Resist, will no longer proc at +0
  • Longbow of Moon proc damage is now a flat 10, chance to proc down 12 -> 7%
  • Increase accessory enchant rate to 20% was 10%
  • Orim Scrolls will now save on use and now have a delay
  • You can now trade in n-Orim Scrolls for b-Orim Scrolls at Master Crafter under [Consumables]
  • Harpy Queen, Cockatrice King, Ogre King have had their HP increased by almost 100% but their regen reduced significantly. Expecting 2-4 players to kill
  • Great Minotaur is now a Tier 2 boss, comparable to the other bosses on FI
  • Ancient Guardian is now a Tier 5 boss. Expected people to kill him is 12+
  • Two new NPCs in Giran to showcase the top PvP’er and PvE’er
  • Fix rare occurrence where Burning Spirit could double proc

Hyperion’s Despair

  • Fix stats damage up 32 -> 38, weight up, add HP +100
  • Remove fake Stun Hit
  • Dark Meteor is now using new weapon proc (SP * 2) + (INT - 18)
  • Dark Meteor will cycle through MR and attribute resistances and proc Erase Magic
  • Minimum damage for Dark Meteor, even after reductions is 55
  • Proc chance down 10 -> 8% +1% per enchant level

Technical

  • Move Hyperion’s Despair proc calculation off the main thread
