Updates for 2023-09-10

Strength

  • Melee bonus hit/damage has been added based on Pure STR. All classes, except Illusionist when using a Kiringku, will receive +1 dmg at 25 STR, +1 at 35 STR, +3 at 45 STR, +5 at 55 STR and +5 at 60 STR. These are cumulative so at 60 STR you would have +15 Bonus Damage AND +15 Bonus Hit.
  • All base damage and bonus hit for total STR has been re-evaluated and now giving correct bonuses up to 90 STR. Was capped at 65 before.
  • New 1% increased chance to crit at 70 STR for a total of 5% from STR
  • Wizard will now benefit from STR hit

Dexterity

  • Remove bonus ranged damage below 9
  • 7 DEX will give +2 ranged damage, 6 or lower will give 0
  • All base ranged damage and hit for total DEX has been re-evaluated and now giving correct bonuses up to 90 DEX.
  • Ranged bonus hit/damage has been added based on Pure DEX. All classes will receive +1 dmg at 25 DEX, +1 at 35 DEX, +3 at 45 DEX, +5 at 55 DEX and +5 at 60 DEX. These are cumulative so at 60 DEX you would have +15 bonus ranged damage AND +15 bonus ranged hit.
  • Long Range avoidance (ER) will benefit from total DEX up to 65, was 45.

Intelligence

  • Kiringku will now calculate INT plus bonus Magic damage from INT and Pure INT bonuses
  • Magic bonus hit/damage has been added based on Pure INT. All classes will receive +1 dmg at 25 INT, +1 at 35 INT, +3 at 45 INT, +5 at 55 INTand +5 at 60 INT. These are cumulative so at 60 INT you would have +15 bonus damage AND +15 bonus hit.
  • Magic damage will now calculate Bonus Magic Damage
  • Magic Bonus damage will calculate up to 80 INT for mages and 65 INT for all other classes

AC

  • Warrior will now scale its AC like a Prince or Elf instead of a Knight
  • AC will now calculate damage reduction in PvP
  • Soft AC is now a factor in PvP damage reduction: Knight is AC/4, RY/DK/Elf/WR/DE/Illus is AC/6 and Wizard is AC/8

Evasion/Dodge

  • Fix Shining Armour calculating ER twice
  • Dodge will now work in PvE and PvP (Mirror Image & Uncanny Dodge)

Other

  • Remove Gaia’s Rage giving +15 damage when equipped with Elite Valakas Armour
  • Remove monsters over level 87 dealing twice as much damage as they should
  • Using Sayhas Bow with no arrows will now act as 2/2 instead random 1-10
  • Bow/Gauntlet attacks will now crit at 1.5x dmg and factor in total weapon damage + enchant + bonuses
  • NPC to PC hit rate lowered by 10%
  • Because of Karma removal, I have removed the requirement to have certain buffs to hit Yahee, Death, etc.
  • PvP will now factor in the new Hit and Damage from Pure stats
  • Critical hits will now hit 100% of the time, ignoring any -hit modifiers
  • Fix Memory Crystal Mobius not learning
  • Horror of Death now has a min/max hit of 20 and 80%
  • Players will now see when they Miss a target
  • Coma Exp bonus will now stack with Exp Potion
  • Unicorn growth coin price down 135k -> 35k
  • Coma Blessing down 600k -> 200k
  • Fix spawn timers on all Ivory Tower floors
  • Fix Stat Boots not removing bonuses
  • Remove critical chance cap (10%) on E-bolt, Ice Dagger, Chill Touch, Fire Arrow, Stalac, Vampiric Touch, Cone of Cold, Call Lightning, Disintegrate
  • Enchanting gear +8 and above will now show the correct enchant up to +12
  • Metis Soup will now give 40% bonus EXP and save duration

Technical

  • Hit rate calculations have been consolidated. There is no reason to have two plus hit rates for different buffs.
  • Reversed Dodge calculations because the client expects a negative number
  • Move random MP off the main thread
