Lower cost of Spirit Crystal (Fire Shield)
Remove Hidden database multiplier for drop rate of Ogre Belt and Bounce Attack
Add hard coded caps on spell usage before their intended level for spell: True Target, Glowing Weapon, Brave Mental, Shining Shield, Shining Armour, Majesty, Aura, Grace, Empire, Gigantic, Desperado, Titan Rising, Power Grip, Panic, Insight, Impact, Nature’s Blessing, Pollute Water, Focus Wave,
Many spells have also had their learning level adjusted
Increase spawn rate of Water Dragon Guardian to 6 times a day
Healing cap has been lowered 20 magic bonus -> 14
Bonus HP regen in hotel/house/Elf tree has been increase 5 -> 10
Bonus MP regen in hotel/house/Elf tree has been increase 3 -> 6 (thank you pechthefarmer)
Reduce chance for Orc Wizard to cast Fireball by 50%, reduce Fireball damage by 30%. Should make it easier for mages to kite

Nature’s Blessing

Remove Nature’s Blessing from Crystal Merchant Simon
Nature’s Blessing drops have been corrected
Add cooldown
Requires 1 Spirit Gem to cast
Lower base healing
Moved out of the healing calculation cap and will now scale indefinitely off magic bonus and total INT
You can expect 8-16 hp healing per 4 total INT

Blood to Soul

Increase mana return 15 -> 18
I have done my research on Korean news sites and this was obviously a hot topic for them as well back in 2016. As we can see, NC never changed it back to cost no Spirit Gem. My research further showed that Spirit Gem pricing was 200 and not the current 850, so the price has been adjusted.

Quake

New Elf spell
Add Spirit Crystal (Quake) to drop table
Remove spell from Crystal Merchant
