Fix Earth Bind looking for Player resistances when used on an NPC
Earth Bind will no longer work on NPCs with more than 5,000 HP
Fix Lich of Immortality casting only his AoE ability
The client will now be told a teleport is in progress before moving the player. Hopefully this clears up issues with teleporting/moving at the same time
Remove Spirit Crystal (Focus Wave) from Shops (will never be implemented)

Fix Iron Skin staying on player after Elemental Line change
