Translate Kent Guards
Add Fear Resist to Rumtis Blue Earrings
Fix stat stacking on Blessed Rumtis Blue Earrings
Increase bonus potion healing on Blessed Rumtis Blue Earrings 22/22% -> 25/25%
Add stats for +9 Blessed Rumtis blue Earrings
Fix certain Giran monsters turning into Giran Prison monsters on death
Fix issue where EXP loss was always being calculated as if the player was level 75.
Players will now lose 4% at 75-79, 3% at 80-82, 2% at 82-84 and 1% at 84+
Fix same issue with Church Buy Back and Greater Resurrection only restoring EXP as if player is 75

Ring of Zenith, Knight Vald Two-handed Sword, Mummy Lord Crown, Eye of Seer, Vampire Cloak, Bloody Bandage, Amulet of Iris, Lich Robe, Broken Spear of Ugnus drop rates have been moved to 0%🔻 These items will have their Leafy version drop soon at a better rate. Items will return in their full form with the release of Tower of Domination (ETA February)

Add Gloves of Fury, Magical Gloves, Glowing Magical Gloves with more options later
New crafting NPCs will now list their requirements without having to select the item. More later
Also made notes for upcoming craft-able gear without the option to select the item so there are no players crashing:triangle:
