Updates for 2023-12-15

• Tripled the EXP gained from Leveling Dummies
• All ToA monsters have had their HP and EXP cut by 30%, except Top Floor. This means faster kill speeds, more drops, less spending on consumables. Coupled with the new layouts, ToA is about as fun/challenging as it’s going to get.

• Titan Golem HP 5,000 -> 20,000:triangle:
• Reduce Drake King spell Firestorm chance to cast
