Enchanting
Weapons and Armor
Weapons and armor enchanting follows the usual pattern of a success rate of 1 / current enchant level after hitting the safe enchant cap.
A new feature is the introduction of Craftsman Weapon Enchant Scrolls. This item will enchant a +9 weapon safely meaning that it has no chance to blow up. Because there is no chance to blow up the item, it has a chance to enchant +0 or +1. This item can only be used on +9 weapons.
Elemental Enchants
Weapons can additionally be augmented with elemental affinity to increase their damage.
The maximum elemental enchant is tied to the weapon enchant level. When a weapon is at +10, it can support up to the maximum of +5 elemental enchants.
Rings
Rings can be enchanted to gain additional bonuses such as additional HP, SP, and PvP damage.
